A brief company history:
The Mannesmann family is located in Bergisch Land, within the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, east of Rhine river, south of the Ruhr. Their forefather, Johann Heinrich Mannesmann, was born in the year 1750.
Since the early days of this century, the Mannesmann brothers were always very enterprising. From filling fabrication, to exploration of new materials and manufacturing processes.
The brothers discovered inventions that are still important, up to today. Without these, many areas of industrial production would not be possible.
These groundbreaking activities were a result of a clear vision and implementation of new technologies.
They include the world-renowned seamless tubes, and gas lighting. This provided light in the streets of the counties with emerging economies, during the early 19th century.
