Grey non-marking thermoplastic rubber wheels, hardness 85 Shore A; polypropylene centre
Plain bearing bore or roller bearing bore
The plain bearing bore results from a hole in the material forming the centre of the wheel and contains the axle.
In the roller bearing bore, the bearing housing is obtained by moulding and contains cylindrical roller bearings with polyamide 6 cage.
Axle
Axle composed of ground steel bush with bolt according to UNI EN 24017 and nut according to UNI EN 24032.
Swivel top plate bracket type NL
Swivel top plate bracket type NL. The plate, the ball race ring and the fork are made of pressed steel zinc plated finish; swivel actions: double ball greased race with dust protection seal made of polyethilene. The king pin is integral with top plate and duly rivetted.
Indicated for trolleys with light-duty loads, mainly for indoor use; the grey non-marking
rubber tyre makes it suitable for use on fragile floors and also in domestic/institutional
environments. Excellent rolling resistance.
Examples of applications: tool trolleys, institutional and catering trolleys, trolleys for industrial indoor use, tubular trolleys.Technical features
