Wheel description TR polyurethane tread; hardness 95 Shore A. Cast iron centre. Ball bearing bore The housing is obtained by moulding and turning and contains ball bearings series Z. Axle Axle composed of ground steel bush with bolt according to UNI EN 24017 and nut according to UNI EN 24032. Swivel top plate bracket EP with adjiustable brake Swivel top plate bracket type EP. The plate and fork are made of forged steel zinc plated finish; swivel actions: taper roller bearing and precision thrust bearing with dust protection made of polyethilene. The king pin is integral with turned and threaded top-plate and fixed with self-locking nut. The adjustable brake locks wheel and top plate rotation.

Uses Suitable for applications with medium/heavy-duty loads, also with mechanical handling, with speed up to 16 km/h. The excellent rolling resistance allows an easy handling of heavy loads even with wheels of small diameter. Examples of recommended applications: trolleys for indoor industrial handling, AGV trolleys, containers, electrical pallet trucks, tilt trucks. Environments of use Designed for industrial environments, even in presence of alcohols, glycols, hydrocarbons. Not recommended in areas with organic acids and mineral acids, base solutions and saturated vapour.
