In the roller bearing bore, the bearing housing is obtained by moulding and contains stainless steel cylindrical roller bearings with polyam Stainless steel axle Axle composed of ground AISI 304 stainless steel bush, with stainless steel bolt according to UNI EN 24017 and stainless steel nut according to UNI EN 24032. Swivel top plate bracket type NLX Swivel top plate bracket type NLX. The plate, the ball rice ring and the fork are made of AISI 304 stainless steel; swivel actions: double ball greased race of AISI 304 stainless steel with dust protection seal made of polyethilene. The king pin is integral with top plate and duly rivetted. |
Uses
Excellent for trolleys and machinery with medium/heavy-duty loads, also in presence
of continuous handling. Also suitable for mechanical or mixed manual-mechanical handling, up to 6 km/h. Excellent rolling resistance.
Examples of recommended applications: trolleys for indoor industrial handling, trolleys
for food and chemical industry.

Environments of use
Suitable for indoor environments, also in presence of medium-harsh chemical agents, alcohol, glycol and water. They are suitable for industrial environments. Not recommended in areas with strong organic acids and mineral acids.

Floors
Suitable for tiles and cement-resin.
Not recommended unpaved floors or in the presence of processing residues.
Not suitable in the presence of obstacles, even if small.
