Description

Wheel description Thermoplastic polyurethane tread; hardness 85 Shore A. Polyamide 6 centre. Plain bearing bore. The plain bearing bore results from a hole in the material forming the centre of the wheel and contains the axle. Axle Axle composed of ground steel bush with bolt according to UNI EN 24017 and nut according to UNI EN 24032. Swivel top plate bracket type NL with front lock Swivel top plate bracket type NL. The plate, the ball rice ring and the fork are of pressed steel zinc plated finish; swivel actions: double ball greased race with dust protection seal made of polyethilene. The king pin is integral with top plate and duly rivetted. The front brake is necessary to lock wheel and top plate rotation.

Environments of use Suitable for industrial environments, also in presence of water and saturated vapour, alcohol and glycol, mineral and organic acids. Floors Suitable for tiles and cement-resin. Not recommended unpaved floors or in the presence of processing residues. Not suitable in the presence of obstacles, even if small. They do not mark or damage fragile floors.
