Plain bearing bore or stainless steel roller bearing bore
The plain bearing bore results from a hole in the material forming the centre of the wheel and contains the axle.
In the roller bearing bore, the bearing housing is obtained by moulding and contains stainless steel cylindrical roller bearings with polyam
Stainless steel axle
Axle composed of ground AISI 304 stainless steel bush, with stainless steel bolt according to UNI EN 24017 and stainless steel nut according to UNI EN 24032.
Swivel top plate bracket NLX with front lock
Swivel top plate bracket type NLX. The plate, the ball rice ring and the fork are made of AISI 304 stainless steel; swivel actions: double ball greased race of AISI 304 stainless steel with dust protection seal made of polyethilene. The king pin is integral with top plate and duly rivetted. The front brake is necessary to lock wheel and top plate rotation.
Uses
Intended mainly for static uses, for medium-heavy capacities. The excellent rolling resistance ensures that minimum manual effort is needed in handling, but only on smooth floors.
Examples of recommended applications: trolleys for internal use in the food and canning industries, tannery equipment, flower trolleys, manual pallet trucks, mobile scaffoldings.Technical features

Environments of use
Designed for industrial environments, even in presence of aggressive chemical substances. Not recommended in areas with strong organic acids and concentrated mineral acids.
